Small Talk:
Yes, that is indeed an autographed copy of the latest DotA loadscreen artwork, autographed by Kendrick ‘Kunkka’ Lim himself. Without a doubt, Imaginary Friends are the coolest (and a most humble!) bunch of folks to ever hold a Wacom stylus :D Thank you so much, guys!

I was going to pay RM10 for my purchase when Kunkka took the poster and signed it. As I handed them the note, Kunkka and Artgerm both said 'Oh, keep it. It's yours.'

Comic Fiesta 2009 is finally over, and I have to say that it’s been an awesome weekend. Considering that this has only been my first year as part of the organising committee, I have to admit that the experience was completely different from when I was just a visitor/volunteer – even though I’m just one of the designated photographers.

I am completely humbled by the inexhaustible amount of charisma and hard work put in by the all of the committee members and I believe that you guys deserve all the praise and whatever karmaic rewards that come your way. Here’s to a great 2009 run and get yourselves well rested, fellas. All the volunteers and helpers, too – especially the EMiNA folks, who went against all odds (finals on Saturdays and Sundays, WTF?) to come and support us. Without your strength, CF ’09 wouldn’t nearly have been as awesome as it was. Minna-san, otsukaresama!~

I paid a mere RM25 for this hardcover illustration book. Can you believe that?

I’d also like to personally thank the folks of Anime Shrine for providing us with copious amounts of epic LOL and vicious eye-cancer. Lastly, thank YOU for coming to CF 2009 and making it a blast. CF is nothing without the community (shall I say, family?) that powers the Malaysian anime and art culture. Truly, you are champions, all of you.
