Pictures, Lots of Pictures.

October 7th, 2008

Small Talk:
Whenever you’re in doubt, lubricate. Will story more about it some other time.

October 2008 is equivalent to Syawal 1429. As such, its only natural that pics coming from this month would mostly be about Aidilfitri. So, without any further ado, as promised, here are some of those pictures from Hari Raya.

All images were shot with a Sigma 30mm F1.4 mounted on a Sony A200.
Hope you enjoyed the pics, and Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri!

The one close-up of you, and it shows you wolfing down a potato. Whoever took that pic of you must have been stalking, looking for the right moment. :P

Naoko says:

I agree with Ganaesh! It’s priceless and captures you well! *Flees*

Nirah says:

I like the very subtle color. Especially on “A common scene when you try to assemble for a family picture.”

And your dad looks like you! Also noticed a plastic bag floating behind you in the last picture.

Silencers: Of course he does, he’s my dad :p Unless you meant that I’m the only one out of his three sons that look like him, then you have a point, because my brothers take after my mother’s looks [facial features and fair skin] whereas my sister and I take after my dad’s [facial features and dark skin].

The subtle colors are from post-processing by the way. I kind of enjoy a slight desaturation of colours, lately. Makes them easier to look at. Oh, and the plastic bag is actually there to protect the longans inside them from bugs/squirrels. I’ve got a couple of fruit trees in my garden. So plastic bags and paper wraps around fruits is a common sight. But yeah, it kinda kacau the picture.

Fazri kan tak pandai ambik gambar, lol [to quote someone].
