So, she and I were walking around Times Square, chatting while we wait for the cinema to open up its seats.

Her: So where do you usually hang out? Around here in Bukit Bintang or elsewhere?

Me: At my local mamak with my drinking buddies. I don’t usually go to malls unless I’m looking for anything specific.

Her: Oh… so other than blogging, surfing the net, watching anime, reading books and doing photography… what else do you do in your free time?

Me: Uh… I don’t usually have any more free time to do much else.

Her: [disappointed look] Wow,… your life is quite boring, huh?

Me: [sigh] It is, unfortunately.

At that point, I wondered if I should mention downloading and fapping to pron.

Dear beloved friends, the next time you feel like playing matchmaker for me, please find someone who speaks my language - or at least someone who has a properly functioning brain. Otherwise, please don’t bother.
