More often than not, Life offers you two choices;
First, is to love what you do.
Second, is to do what you love.

Which one is yours?

PS: Sometimes, there’s a third choice, and that is to do your lover.

Sometimes my male genes kick in when they’re not really supposed to. I went to meet a friend today, who also brought along another friend. Said friend is a well-endowed chick but with a so-so face. I was exchanging a couple of thoughts with her as we were walking when my friend suddenly piped up and totally took me by surprise;

“Dude, why are you staring at her boobs?”

“I wha-?”

“Busted.” *points finger at me and starts laughing like a hyena on crack*

Luckily for me, Ms. Well-Endowed took it as a compliment but I just had to bury my face in my hands for a while after that. I wonder if I should blame myself for looking or my friend for not knowing how to STFU.

Small Talk:
I can’t remember the last time I saw a kite flying in the sky. I wonder if its because of the rain, or because nobody flies kites anymore. Hmm, next time somebody tells you “Go fly kites-lah!”, you might want to consider that advice.

A friend, also a fellow anime fan, left me a message on Messenger early one morning.

Friend: dude. i cried after watching the last episode of Honey and Clover II.

Friend: i understand EXACTLY how Takemoto felt. i understand why Hagu chose who she chose.

Friend: i will be depressed for the next few days, thinking about how closely art parallels real life. and who knows, maybe this story will push me to take my life into my own hands and not leave anything to chance.

Friend: funny what anime can do. and satisfying as well, knowing that there’s a purpose behind watching episode after episode of japanese animation.

I know exactly what he means. I’ve found myself in that sort of situation several times myself. I also know that any other anime fans reading this would smile and nod their head before they even realise it.

It’s not just romance or slice-of-life anime that puts us in deep contemplative moments. Science fiction [Ghost in The Shell, Serial Experiments Lain], even Steampunk [Last Exile, Steamboy] genres have been known to spark off wild thoughts and imagination that knows no boundaries.

We have been enchanted by the magic of it all.

Friend: now, this is why i watch anime.

It seems that I scored lower than EVERYBODY at beginner level - which probably means EVERYBODY else gets it perfect at beginner’s level. But I scored more than ANYBODY [plus or minus a few people who cheated :D] at the higher levels, BROUHAHAHAHAHA.

Be the ware. My Inggeris is very the powderful.

Her hair had the faint scent of a sweet plum blossom. I brushed away some of the hair that covered her beautiful sleeping face as I watched her chest rise and fall with every quiet breath. I’ve always been fascinated with a woman’s hair, and her jet black locks that went a little bit past her shoulders has never failed to drive me crazy.

It was a cool breezy day, and there were lots of puffy clouds decorating a very blue sky. When I first told her how much I liked running barefooted on grass, she never believed me - at least, before I forced her to. It seems that now she’s the one that’s addicted to the feel of soft earth and the tickles of the gentle grass. I was glad to have found this open field, and this big shady tree.

The weight of her head was threathening to numb my arm, but it didn’t matter. It never did. It’s amazing how she manages to fit in snugly under my arm, and I liked how she would gently rub my round belly as if it was a big pillow. I just had to move my head a little bit closer, and with her eyes still closed, she would lift her head up a bit asking for a kiss on the forehead before snuggling back to resume her nap.
