This semester seems to be pretty relaxed. In fact, I think the following semesters will be about the same. I figured that if I took less subjects I can focus better. Especially when dealing with heavy subjects, being in engineering. This time, however, I’ll be taking quite a few humanities subjects, and only one core, and that being the starting point of my major, Fundamentals of Optics, and I’m looking forward to an exciting course.
My timetable is very very lenient. I have at least 6-hour gaps everyday. Too little classes, I think. But then again, all other subjects are humanities, meaning no tutorials. I didn’t get the chance to complete the courses I should take during the 1st sem, so I can’t continue with any core ones, since they are prerequisites, and those prerequsite courses aren’t offered this sem.
The following semesters might have my hands full trying to catch up, but I think thigns are going to be okay. Dad asked me not to rush too much or I’ll stumble over. Guess he’s right. Better to take it calmly and not go bonkers over too much number crunching.
Life is good.
