I had one of the most satisfying [and tiring] bitching session last night with Nirah and Ganaesh.

Suffice to say, it was productive, and that I believe with the amount of free time that we have, we’d be able pull to something off at a big scale. As for now, such information is considered confidential. Don’t worry, I won’t take away your privilege of enjoying good kebabs at Plaza Siswa.

The bitching session however, started from a personality test. It went to reading out on detais on the personailties of each person. And then, it arrived to the bitching session. And then it went to gossip about a person who’s proud to let other people know that he was told abt how mature he is [still with me?]. More and more gossip follows [I gossip on other people's attitude, not what clothes they wear and who their gf/bf is]. And then we hit the real juice, and we got our heads cracking to solve the greatest mystery of all time.

When we started brainstorming, it was already abt 1.30 AM. But we nvr noticed the time becuase we were oh so absorbed in thinking. I, too, never realised that i actually stayed up to brainstorm. Just at the point when we were about to work on solutions, I’ve started to feel weak. It was then I realized that it was already 5 AM. My eyes were red and my head heavy.

And I walked Nirah back to EP in the light morning drizzle. It felt good. Cold. I haven’t done that in quite a while.

Came back, took a hot shower, and found that Ganaesh tossed me the link to Laughing Man Fansubs. It is there I found the things I’ve always wanted. Torrents for Ghost in the Shell S.A.C. The 2nd Gig from episode 1 right until 11. Bliss.

Without hesitation, I hit the torrent links for episodes 6,7 [finally!], 9 and 11 [I got episode 8 before 6,7 because the torrent was taken down, previously. I got episode 10 from Wong]. And off to sleep.

I woke up at about 4 PM just now. Wonder of wonders, BT doesn’t look so gay after all [I wish I took a screenshot, damn]. Because at the time, I was done downloading episodes 7 and 11, and episode 9 was at 98% [it's done by now]. Well, well. For now, I think I’ll be back to staying up at night and sleeping at dawn. Which is absolutely fine by me. So much for complaining about my bio clock.

On another note, I’ll be desperately broke for at least another week. But that’s another story.

It’s been ages since I made any wallpaper from scratch. Hmm…

Oh well. I decided to dive into something different today, and something I’ve always wanted to do. Abstract brushing. I don’t really know how to describe it in words, except that it’s, well, abstract in nature. It’s inspired from my favourite XEROGRAVITY wallpaper than I used to have [I had on for abt half a year :D].

Anyways, I can’t upload the full-szed image [1280x960 at a whopping 747KB] since Photobucket has a file size limit of 250KB. I uploaded a slightly smaller version [1152x864 at only 130KB], which you can download here or by clicking the preview below ^^. Let me know iif you want the full size image if you’re using a 17″ monitor [Patrick, sorry I didn't make it in 1600x1200, too big for me lah :p].

Comments and feedback are always welcome! Come to think of it, I might just collect all my old homemade wallpapers and start a gallery here ^^ [they're all in 1024x768, made before I got my 17"].

The things you do with a digicam when you’re too full from a nice banana leaf lunch. Don’t you just love how the bananas protrude through the plastic ever so eagerly? Yun Chuan suggested that we took this picture for the sake of killing boredom.

Now, to look for holes…

NAME ANALYSIS FOR: Fazri Nuha Yusof

Fazri:
You have an aptitude for dealing with the public. You would do well in entertainment and politics(I find this rather hard to believe because I hate politics, and I have never laid a single thought on it). You feel secure in group endeavors. You have much enthusiasm with a driving attitude toward achievement in life. You are compassionate, highly imaginative and creative. You enjoy a challenge. You can take thought-directed actions. You are relatively demonstrative in your affections. You enjoy being stroked verbally and physically.

Nuha:
You tend to be critical of yourself, not always expressing your true desires. You have an interest in health and health matters. You are soft-hearted with a charitable nature. You work hard to achieve material success through your own efforts. You have a need to be up front.

Yusof:
Financial gains and status are important elements in your life. You want to do things in your own way and on your own terms. You need to learn the meaning of true giving. You try to be prudent. You have good business acumen. You have a great deal of loyalty to those you love. You have much inner strength. You need to learn the true meaning of friendship.

I wonder if they actually considered Arabic or Japanese letters, lol. Americans are so fucking self-centered in their mentality and actions.

I decided to stretch a bit and browsed through my archive of images and thought abt what I could do with them.

The previous theme had me ripping off abstract wallpapers and images, so it’s rather boring. So I decided to play with greying filters and image levels. The result is what you see here. Welcome to the silent room. I thought I’d try a new colour scheme, to somehwat empasize on the ’silence’ of the room ^^

All the images used are ones I took with my trusty Canon A60 and toyed around with in Photoshop CS. Images used are;
- Raindrops on a car window taken from the inside
- Streetlight
- Pasar Malam
- View across the river behind the old Melaka bus station
- My mouse
- My KOSS headphones
- My keyboard
- The switch we use at home
- One of my satellite speakers.

All in all, here’s a huge thank you for your regular visits, and hope to hear more from you!
