My ADSL modem fucked up.

I’ve been offline for about a week. The modem screwed up friday night. Called up on monday morning. Only got a reply on the following friday morning. Thankfully, the technician came to my place with a new modem about half an hour ago. SO I can safely assume that they compile all complaints for the week and send out technicians to take care of it over the weekend.

Though a bit annoying since my modem HAD to die on me on Friday night….I’d say Streamyx’s after-sales services is pretty good. But as long as I can surf in peace and in speed, I’m happy.
