BitTorrent. I mean, BitTorment. Seriously.

At least, when it comes to MY downloads, BT really sucks. Uber sucks. If I find can any accompanying word that can amplify the magnitude of being sucky by an exponential factor, then i would be repeating it endlessly. The best I could find now is that it un-incredi-fucking-believably sucks. Even that is considered lame.

I’ve been trying to donwload Ghost in the Shell S.A.C. The 2nd Gig with BT. Unfortunately for me, I think I’m connected to gay peers who are uploading at 56k. I mean, WTF MAN!? Dah tau pakai dial-up buat la cara dial-up, jangan la terhegeh2 nak UL/DL video! Pakai BT pulak tu, mnyusahkan orang macam pukimak betul laaa!! I’, fucking pissed at the way BT has been treating me.

Justin, on the other hand is getting multiple orgasms with his BT. He only installed BT last night, so we tried to download episode 34 of Full Metal Alchemist. Guess what, he was downloading at a whopping avg rate of 50 fucking kbps! I’m like WTF MAN!!!!!

Oh, and not to forget, the other factor that has not only been causing my downloads, but also my common surfing activitiy to lag. Well, not just me, but Yun Chuan and Yu Xin as well. Justin’s roomate, Kaybin, is accustomed to downloading through BT as well. Apparently, he [i sure hope it's the case] doesn’t KNOW how to give a fuck about other ppl’s connection. And that’s pretty annoying.

Blah. I just want my GITS,..*sobs*…

I fucking skipped my class today. Just one hour. Well, it’s the only one hour class i have for an entire week, so that’s a pretty big deal.

Anyway. I spent the rest of the day looking/reading through javascript tutorials [not that I learnt much anyway]. Made some minor tweaking on the blog’s template, as you see it now. Oh yeah, and I’ve also been sending copies of the NOD32 antivirus to the ones who requested for it. The day seem to pass by rather slowly. I burnt out some anime, freeing a few gigs. Right now I’m still burning out Full Metal Alchemist [episodes 1-30].

What else, what else. Damn, I think I spent 90% of my time in front of my PC. I seriously need to get a life. But what can I do? If it’s anything off-screen, I did my laundry, went out to Pasar Malam to get food. Hmm, I can’t do much. No transport to actually go anywhere. Not enough money to spend even if I did went somewhere.

Let’s see. If I went to campus, what would I do? Go to the library? What, to read? Mwahahahahah- *cough**cough* sorry, I didn’t know you meant it. Okay okay, go library to watch lenglui? Mm, maybe but you need a companion to really get the most out of it. But of my housemates would either be too tired to go campus with me, or they’re in campus but they’ve got classes. Hmm, too much free time.

“Get real. Get a life. A reality.”

Those words hit me right in the face, but how am I supposed to react to it? Okay fine, FINE! I’ll…go to the gym, then. Every other evening, to work out and to get rid of my boobs [you're not the only one with a pair]. I’m so gona do it and I’m so gona blog it that I’m gona bore you to death with the sweaty details!

I’ve faced frustrations dealing with ‘major’ anti-virus softwares. Norton, McAfee, PC-cillin. Scan after scan, and they only managed to identify a few worms every now and then. However, my baby here still lags, and I get odd messages every once in a while.

But that only lasted so long. A few mins ago, Yun Chuan handed me a copy of NOD32, a standalone anti-virus program. Supposedly as effective as major anti-viruses, but uses up a whole lot less resources. So I copied it down and let it run a pre-scan. Guess what it showed me? Have a look yourself:

Take note of the size of the scrollbar, and the progress meter. I think I have a good 2000++ files infected with viruses/worms. I’m somewhat shocked, but at the same time relieved because I know now what’s been going on, and at least I have a way to fix it.

If you’re interested, let me know, I can send you copy of the antivirus over Yahoo or MSN. Viruses, damn.

Walking out to lunch is almost suicide. The sun looks down on you and dried mud puddles crack under the searing heat. Thank god for the trees, the shade is a huge relief.

In case you’re wondering why I went out in the first place, I have 2 reasons. One; I was feeling very the hungry. Two; the lines was so laggy that it’s hard enough for me to just get in here and write. I think I’ll toss a third one; I suddenly felt like having that nice banana leaf lunch again :D mwahahaha

After satisfying my bowel, I walked over to the fruit shop next door [yeap, the one where I bought durians last time] and grabbed a few slices of honeydew and watermelon. I was thinking of enjoying them while surfing, but then again, it was a hot day, and I was on foot.

Under the heat, I couldn’t resist it anymore and took a huge bite out of my watermelon. Fuiyooh, that was good. The cool juices were so refreshing that the entire walk home felt good. Chewing on cold, fresh fruits was like having an internal coolant.

Just my luck, I finished the very last bite of my honeydew the moment I reach home. Ah, life is good.

In a house full of guys, the only cute stuff around, are pics of cute chicks. Nothing more, nothing less. And cute chicks is what this particular housemate of mine especially likes. He’s Cheong Yu Xin [Yxin], another housemate whom I will gladly introduce today.

A Software Engineering student here in MMU Melaka, he came all the way from JB [yeap, the 2nd of 4 JB fellas in the house]. Like Justin, I met Yxin as Yun Chuan’s housemate earlier last year.

What makes this guy tick? Games. PC games, to be exact. I’m nothing compared to this fella ere. A gamer at heart, he played almost every single game title there is, and completes every single player mode. With his kind of knowledge and experience, I’m sure he makes a better Gamemaster than I am.

Otherwise, he’s just another nice fella who enjoy fun and lots of laughs. Why the mashimaro title? Check out his eyes, lol. jk.
