Well I’ll tell you what happened. I was just there trying to customize my blog template when Yun Chuan stepped in and offered me a wonderful idea.

“Oi, fucker. Take my dreamweaver CD and let me have a seat. I’ll let you share my streamyx while we wait for yours. Stop wasting money on dialup already”

So I thought, hey, that’s cool. So I let him do his thing. But then I forgot the most important thing when going on a broadband connection. Setting up a firewall. Holy crap that was a huge mistake. About an hour later, I got the fucking System Shutdown dialog. WTF!? I forgot whether it was RPC or LSA Shell that got hit because I was too pissed to bother to read it. A quick “Run>shutdown.exe -a” helped to counter that shutdown. But then I didn’t realize how extensive the damage was.

After saving everything, I gave my baby a much needed reboot and went to fix myself some Milo. When I came back, logged in, and within less than 5 seconds, Windows suddenly crashes and restarts automatically. Aw, shit I just formatted 2 days and this shit is up again? With sheer frustration I hit the F8 key to see what I can do in safe mode. I ran Scandisk on Windows and did Norton Antivirus [NAV] scan on my system drive.

Nothing. No threats. So, another restart. Nothing changed still the auto-reboot, this time even before logging in!! WTF! Desperate times calls for desperate measures they say, so I decided to reinstall a fresh copy of windows. Without formatting of course. I still had to reinstall every single crap though. Good thing my program settings are still intact.

Guh, that was annoying.

Pretty much same old, same old.

Thank you, of course, for taking the time to read my blog. First time blogging btw. It’s still early in the morning, and things have already started to mess up.

Since blogspot allowed me to edit this template, I was planning to add my own graphics and maybe remove some lines here and there. Unfortunately, after reformatting [I was hit by a FEW bloody worms] and reinstalling Photoshop CS, it won’t seem to work. I guess I have to get myself a new CD. Not to mention I’m low on cash. Damn. We’ll see how it turns out, then.

Let’s see if this works. I’m quite enthusaisted to start blogging, since I’m quite free for the next few months. Might as well start blogging.
